An elite runner showed me Paula's Marathon pace

Just how fast was Paula Radcliffe running when she broke the women's marathon world record in 2003? 20 years later, I wanted to find out and see just how long I could hold Paula's incredible marathon pace. Having asked elite runner Becca Murray to pace me at Bedford International Athletic Stadium - Paula's home track, we gave it a go. Following this, we would attempt Eliud Kipchoge's marathon world record pace - 2:01:09. It was quite the experience.
