Whether this is your first half marathon OR youโve run many before, it is designed for any ability.

A group video call (Monday evening) with Harry and GB athlete Louise Small
Live in-depth presentations (featuring over 200 slides) from Harry on some of the most effective half marathon training methods, training sessions, successful pacing, strength work, fuelling, race preparation and more
Access to an exclusive page for course members to talk to one another, sharing training progress, ideas, photos and support
Every run and session set by 2:29 marathoner and GB athlete Louise Small, catering to your personal ability
Email support throughout - any questions you have, we can help
An optional JOG ON meet-up to put all of the course training and knowledge to the test (please note entry is not included in the price)

A training plan to go forward with beyond the 8 weeks: we want your success to continue
The course will begin towards the end of August 2025 and is suitable for anyone running Cardiff Half, Hampton Court Palace Half, Oxford Half, Manchester Half, Amsterdam Half, Bournemouth Half, Richmond Park Half, Great South Run (10 miles) and more.
You must be at least 17 years old to sign up.
Video calls will take place on a Monday evening (UK time).
This course is suitable for anyone looking to IMPROVE their time OR complete their FIRST half marathon, however we would recommend that you are already consistently running a minimum of 3X per week.
