You must be at least 18 years old to sign up.

Video calls will take place on a Monday evening (UK time).

This course is suitable for anyone looking to IMPROVE their time OR complete their FIRST marathon, however we would recommend by February 2027 that you are already consistently running a minimum of 4X per week when the course begins.

Please note that it is essential you have completed a half marathon time inside 2:10 and are looking to run inside 4:45 as a target marathon time to join this course (if you are currently over the 4:45 mark, the most effective thing you can do is build your aerobic base first). We take runners who are already capable of this time and below and show them highly effective pacing strategies, so if you do not meet this standard of running fitness and conditioning, this course just won't give you the results you're paying for and we’re interested in doing what’s best for you.

If you feel like this would be a great fit for your running journey, we’d love for you to be a part of this.

If you have any questions before signing up, we can answer them - email: hello@thisisjogon.com

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“I tend to generally struggle with pacing, going off to fast usually, through this course I have been given plenty of runs to really work on this and now feel confident in holding a steady pace. After running at Manchester Marathon, which I went into feeling fully prepared, with no panics or wobbles, due to the fact I was so confident in what I could do from what I had learnt and practised, in fact for 23 of 26.2 miles my pacing was super consistent and I finished the race with a PB of just over 10 minutes. I highly recommend this course to anyone who is serious about running a marathon, the community aspect from the other course members and encouragement from all involved has been brilliant and between Harry and Louise they have the knowledge and experience to give you the best chance of success on race day.”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“As a runner that is prone to bolting out of the starting blocks, I really wanted to make sure that when I took on my first marathon, this wasn’t something that I did. This course definitely helped me to overcome that susceptibility and I have learnt the importance and value of consistent and considered pacing - especially in an event like the marathon. I also achieved a negative split, something that I have never done before! Even as a motivated runner, the course kept me accountable with my training and I loved sharing the marathon challenge with all of my fellow course members. It was inspiring to see everyone’s progress and the support from everyone was amazing. Thank you JOG ON Harry, GB Louise and all of the Crew- it has been a privilege!”
