Run by Harry (3:06 marathoner) and Elite runner GB Louise (2:27 marathoner), This 10 week COURSE is perfect FOR anyone Wishing TO IMPROVE THEIR Marathon knowledge and performance within a supportive, community-based approach.
Whether this is your first marathon OR youโve run many before, this course is designed to help you achieve your best possible performance.

The course will begin mid February 2026 and is suitable for anyone running Manchester, London, Paris, Brighton, Newport (and others).
You must be at least 18 years old to sign up.
Video calls will take place on a Monday evening (UK time).
This course is suitable for anyone looking to IMPROVE their time OR complete their FIRST marathon, however we would recommend by February you are already consistently running a minimum of 4X per week.
Please note you must have completed a half marathon time under 2:20 and be looking to run under 5:00 as a target marathon time to be undertaking this course (above this the training structure and quantity wonโt be suitable).
