The change I made for an INSTANTLY faster parkrun

 

In this video I wanted to share the one change that I made for an instantly faster parkrun. This simple yet effective tip can benefit both one's 5K time and general experience of a race or run.

I recently attended Cranbrook Country parkrun in Devon, to demonstrate the power of a well done warm up. It can even result in a faster 5K time, by employing this parkrun tip, as demonstrated here, allowing me to run in a controlled manner from the start line and break 19 minutes.
