Finally breaking 20 minutes for this 5K course (Rushmoor parkrun)

 

Finally breaking 20 minutes for the 5K course at Rushmoor parkrun had been a running goal for a long time. After nearly 2 years and having previously run 20:28 on this course, I was back on the start line to try and hold SUB 4 minute kilometres.
