We designed and built the world's first pair of 100% solid wooden running shoes. This culminated in an attempt to run a parkrun (Somerdale Pavilion AKA the Curly Wurly, Bristol).

The 1,000th Bushy parkrun was an historic event for running in the UK. I decided to take a National Level Junior to this 5K course in London and see if we could run under 18 minutes in the home of parkrun. What a morning it was.
