Pacing a man to a SUB 30 5K after weight loss (Cheddar Reservoir)

 

Running a SUB 30 5K is a big goal for many runners.

Following weight loss and a new found passion for running, Sonny contacted me with a goal to break the 30 minute barrier over 5km. He suggested Cheddar Reservoir in England as place to run a fast, flat 5K. I agreed.
